The Leadership for Transformation 2.0 Program, organized and delivered by CAF –Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean- in partnership with 16 prestigious academic institutions from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain, aims to contribute to strengthening the competencies—particularly soft skills—of social leaders across Latin America and the Caribbean.

About the Program

The Program, of hybrid format (virtual-face-to-face), aims to strengthen competencies with emphasis on the development of soft skills in leaders of civil society organizations, public and private sectors among others, committed to promote the integral development of territories and communities in Latin America and the Caribbean through a leadership capable of facing the current challenges of the region.

The focus will be on providing training for the development of soft leadership skills and the development of degree projects. To this end, a workshop for the development of degree projects will be offered throughout the modules. For the English-speaking Caribbean (Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Granada, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago) this program is delivered in partnership with The University of West Indies.

Modality

The Program has a mixed modality, in which 50% of the training is delivered by CAF virtually, while the remaining 50% is delivered by the University of West Indies, also virtually.

Certificate

Participants who pass the activities proposed in the program will receive the digital and shareable certificate of the Leadership for Transformation 2.0 Program (CAF-UWI).
