Ex-post evaluation: Improvement and optimization of services in Panama City

The operations that are part of the evaluation are:

• Line 1 of the Panama City Metro System
• Sanitation in the City and Panama Bay (Phase 1) 
• Rehabilitation and improvement of the Villa Zaita- Calzada Larga roadway 

The Ex-Post Evaluation Unit (UEE, for its acronym in Spanish), which is dependent of the Aufiting Office (CA, for its acronym in Spanish), invites natural and legal persons to the Presentation of Consulting Proposals to carry out the Ex-Post Evaluation. 

Interested consultants should send their proposals in accordance with the evaluation's approach paper, supplying additional information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services (description of similar jobs, experience in consulting services to the sector, professional profile, and experience of the key personnel proposed). Consultants may associate in order to improve their qualifications.  

Proposals must be sent with digital support (electronic file in Microsoft WORD), in Spanish, and sent by e-mail. The proposal should not exceed twenty (20) pages, including the additional information requested as an Annex.
