Consulting and design services for the implementation of the S/4HANA platform

The call is for specialized international companies with proven knowledge and recent experience in consulting and design of integrated S/4HANA-based systems, which can provide essential analysis and design capabilities, as well as experience in successful implementation in organizations similar to CAF.

The requested services include creation of documents for design of conceptual, basic and detail engineering of the new integrated system, including the infrastructure, services and application layers, and a gap analysis required by the organization for the roll-out phase. The project is expected to begin during the first half of 2019.

Bidders must meet the following requirements:

• Companies:

  • Must have extensive regional (Ibero-American) experience and presence for the aforementioned purposes.

  • Ability to assign and coordinate concurrent work teams in multiple countries or locations.

  • Submit verifiable references of SAP S/4HANA projects in multinational companies, according to the attachment hereto.

  • Must indicate the number of consultants with experience in S/4HANA in
    Ibero-America.

• The team:

  • Specification of profiles of the most relevant staff to be assigned to work teams. 

  • Key staff for the project with more than five (5) years of experience in SAP projects, with at least two (2) years of experience in design and implementation of S/4HANA solutions.
    
    
  • CAF plans to coordinate the project out of its Caracas office. The provider’s staff assigned to the project must be available for travel to our facilities in different locations with CAF offices: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela
