Colombia SEMIDE is a theoretical-practical training and advisory seminar organized by CAF -development bank of Latin America- in partnership with the National Planning Department of Colombia and with the support of the Latin American Center for Development Administration. Its main objective is to offer successful techniques and experiences on the use of impact assessment as a tool for public management in Latin American and Caribbean countries. This edition of SEMIDE is addressed to public officials in Colombia.

The event will be held on October 9, 10, 11, 2019 in Cartagena, Colombia and is aimed at public officials who are currently working at the different levels of government of the Colombian public sector and have particular interest in learning more about the evaluation. impact and its application in decision making.
