Coffee Region Airport Project
The objective of these terms of reference is to identify and hire a supplier-proponent for the review and validation of technical studies, budgets and programming for the development of the Aeropuerto del Café (Aerocafé) project, to evaluate and validate the procurement modality for the construction of the first stage of the project, develop an airport planning document, as well as the legal and financial structuring of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) or a combined scheme for the construction and operation of Aerocafé.
- Phase I of the project includes the review and validation of these technical studies and designs for Stage II, to identify the best contract management model and to prepare the airport planning document.
- Based on the results of Phase I, upon approval by CAF, the PF, the beneficiary (Aerocafé), the ANI and Aerocivil, would move on Phase II, which consists in developing the legal and financial structuring of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) or a combined scheme for the construction and operation of the airport.
Companies under the Prosperity Fund Commercial Framework interested in participating, or consortia or temporary partnerships led by them, must express their intention to participate to CAF, as set out in the reference terms no later than Monday, October 7, 2019.
