Consulting Services for Final Design of Immediate Measures for Flood Control and Drainage Action Plan

The objective of the CAF-PPSA Program is to improve the quality of CAF water agenda projects by financing pre-investment studies. At the request of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, CAF—development bank of Latin America—will finance the “Consulting Services for the Final Design of Immediate Measures for Flood Control and Drainage Action Plan.”
The goal of the consultancy is twofold. The first target is to prepare a Strategic Drainage Plan—a conceptual and contextual document—that will guide the government and CAF in devising a joint investment program to implement short- and medium-term flood control measures. The second is to develop the final or detailed designs of immediate structural measures for flood control.
