Presentation of the 2015 Economy and Development Report (RED) Argentina
CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, and the Centro de Altos Estudios Universitarios (Center for High University Studies), OEI, will present the 2015 Economy and Development Report (RED) in Argentina: "A more effective state. Capacities for the design, implementation, and learning of public policies"
An effective State requires capacities for the design, implementation, and learning of policies. The 2015 RED suggests four key elements to achieve it: quality bureaucracy, a public purchasing system, citizen participation, and monitoring and evaluation.
