The problems of inequality and poverty in Latin America are due to the fact that it is very difficult to connect people physically (from marginal areas to working places). The challenge is to incorporate people to the formal productive system of the countries.

The Annual CAF Conference will center on security in the Americas
Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the OAS, Rebecca BillChavez, President & CEO of the Inter-American Dialogue, and Sergio Díaz-Granados, Executive President of CAF, announced that the upcoming CAF Conference, set for September 5 in Washington DC, will specifically address security issues in Latin America and the Caribbean. Additionally, a preparatory event is scheduled during the OAS General Assembly from June 26 to 28, 2024, in Paraguay.

You have until April 26 to apply for the CAF call, which aims to create the Regional Brand during a bootcamp in Brazil. The winning team will take home $20,000 and the privilege of being the creator of the brand representing Latin Americans and Caribbeans around the world.
