Investment and knowledge as opportunities for CAF-led strengthening of Ibero-America
The executive president of CAF, Luis Carranza, ratified the intermediary role of the institution in building bridges in strategic areas for the productive transformation of the region, within the framework of the 26th Ibero-American Summit in Antigua (Guatemala).
CAF-development bank of Latin America- participated in the 26th Ibero-American Summit, held in Antigua (Guatemala), where it ratified its commitment to building bridges to promote investment and knowledge, for the purpose of promoting sustainable development and regional integration.
CAF executive president Luis Carranza highlighted CAF’s intermediary role in leveraging opportunities to strengthen Ibero-American integration in various fields, during a working breakfast with consultative observers as part of the meeting that brought together 17 heads of State and Government, various foreign ministers, and more than 40 observers and leaders from important organizations.
During the Summit, King Felipe VI handed out the “Enrique V. Iglesias” award for Latin American business development created by the Business Council Alliance of Latin America (CEAPI) to former CAF president Enrique García, and businessman Alejandro Bulgheroni. During his speech in this ceremony, Luis Carranza highlighted García’s pivotal role in transforming CAF into a key institution for Latin American Development.
The executive president of CAF also held bilateral meetings with the President of Paraguay, Mario Abdo, and Ecuador’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Valencia, to analyze future actions with those countries.

The selected creatives and publicists will be invited to participate in a bootcamp to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where they will compete for a prize of USD 20,000 and will have the opportunity to participate in mentoring sessions by brand development experts in the region. Applications can be made from April 4 to 26.
