CAF and Women in Tech launch the Women in Tech Innovation Award to showcase technology leaders with social impact in Latin America and the Caribbean

CAF and Women in Tech join forces to launch the Women in Tech LATAM Innovation Award, which will recognize a woman or a company led by women who are driving technological solutions with social impact in Latin America and the Caribbean. The call will be open until August 4, 2025 and the winner will be announced on August 28 at the Women in Tech LATAM Awards gala in Panama.
What is the Innovative Woman Award?
For the first time, CAF -development bank of Latin America and the Caribbean- joins Women in Tech LATAM to launch the Mujer Innovación Award, a recognition that seeks to highlight women who are transforming their communities through technology.
This initiative honors a woman or a company led by women that has developed technological solutions with a positive and measurable impact on their community, country or region. A commitment to gender equity in areas such as economic, physical or decision-making autonomy, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 5 and 9), will be especially valued.
Who is the call addressed to?
Women over 18 years of age who reside and lead technological projects with social impact in one of CAF's member countries. Organizations led by women can also apply.
