Public tender for the renovation works of the CAF office in Barbados

Convocation from July 14 to July 18, 2025

CAF -Development Bank of Latin America and The Caribbean- hereby invites companies to participate in the public tender for the renovation works of the CAF office in Barbados

This invitation is addressed to companies specializing in corporate office renovations, which may formally express their intention to participate no later than 5:00 p.m. (Barbados time) on Friday, July 18th, 2025. To this end, interested companies must complete the following steps:

1. Submit via email <to the address indicated in the Letter of Intent to Participate> and in PDF format the following documents:

     a. Letter of Intent to Participate signed by the company’s legal representative.

     b. Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by the company’s legal representative.

     c. Company’s Articles of Incorporation and its most recent amendment.

     d. Notarized Proof of Legitimacy of the Legal Representative, in case it is not included in the Articles of Incorporation.

     e. Copy of the legal representative’s identification document.

2. Include the subject line: “CAF Barbados Office Renovation.”

3. Send the documents exclusively by email and in PDF format <as defined in the Letter of Intent to Participate>.

Companies that meet all previously requested requirements to the satisfaction of the project team will receive the tender documentation via email.

CAF reserves the right to reject any company that has expressed its intention to participate in this tender. This decision will be final and cannot be appealed. CAF is under no requirement to provide the reasons for the rejection.

The submission of the required documents and the acceptance of the established terms do not create any obligation or contractual relationship with CAF.

Likewise, the signing of the Confidentiality Agreement does not create any contractual obligation or economic rights with respect to CAF but is limited exclusively to the commitment to safeguard the confidential information that may be shared during the process.
