Request for Proposals (RFP) to participate in: "Final Designs for the Implementation of an Irrigation Program for Micro, Small, and Medium Producers in Priority Departments in Honduras."

At the request of the Government of Honduras, CAF will finance the "Final Designs for the Implementation of an Irrigation Program for Micro, Small, and Medium Producers in Priority Departments in Honduras." Therefore, CAF invites interested consulting firms to submit proposals to provide the services for the aforementioned studies. Legal entities that demonstrate capacity and experience in the development of related studies may respond by following the steps described in the section “Steps to Participate.”
The general objective of the consultancy is to formulate the study of Final Designs for the Implementation of an Irrigation Program for Micro, Small, and Medium Producers in Priority Departments in Honduras, with sufficient detail to tender the works and facilitate the subsequent implementation of the investment project. It will also include technical, economic, financial, environmental, and social feasibility studies. The service will include all tasks required for execution: development of the implementation schedule as planned, and the physical and financial resources needed to carry out those tasks.
Funds: CAF will provide the financial resources for the consultancy through the Pre-Investment Program for the Water Sector (CAF-PPSA).
Reference budget: USD 650,000

Contract execution period: 12 months from the date of signing the service contract.

Steps to Participate:

- Confidentiality Agreement signed by the company’s legal representative.
- Notification of Intent to Participate signed by the company’s legal representative.

Interested consulting firms may join other firms in the form of a consortium or temporary association.
