Role Purpose
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation support of CORE modules within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the alignment of existing HR processes with system capabilities. Support change management efforts by facilitating cross-functional collaboration, reducing resistance to change, and enabling the adoption of new ways of working in line with the organization’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing Human Capital processes and data relevant to CORE SuccessFactors modules.
- Translate SAP SuccessFactors functionalities into business requirements for HR operations and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Perform gap analyses to compare current practices with SuccessFactors capabilities and recommend adjustments or enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with HR stakeholders to support decision-making and process redesign.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across the HR technology ecosystem by evaluating integrations and dependencies between systems.
- Serve as the liaison between HR, IT, and external consultants to support a seamless and effective system implementation.
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee support functions.
- Experience in HR systems implementation projects, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR operations (Personnel Administration, Benefits, Employee Services).
- Experience with business process mapping, requirement gathering, and functional documentation.
Languages:
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
- Portuguese is a plus.

Contract Type: Fixed-term Contract (3 years)
Posible Locations: Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay, Perú or Trinidad and Tobago
Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days at the office, 2 days remote.
