Review, preparation and submission of Drafted Patent Applications through Panama’s National Intellectual Property Office (DIGERPI) and the PCT
CAF- development bank of Latin America, and SENACYT- the National Secretary of Science and Technology of Panama, invite you to participate in the International Competitive Bidding “Review Draft Patent Applications derived from Workshops for the Accelerated Development of Patents in Panama Carried Out by CAF and SENACYT and Preparation and Submission of Applications through the National Intellectual Property Office (DIGERPI) and the PCT”.
The present tender has the purpose of filing the Patent Applications through the National Office of Intellectual Property of Panama (DIGERPI) and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
The consultancy shall be carried out within a period of no more than five (05) months from the date of signing the agreement with CAF.
The required documentation must be sent in digital (PDF) and physical format, according to terms established in the “Request of Proposal”, until November 18th, 2017.
