ICT advancements in Latin America

There is a sharp increase of ICT in the region, although there is still plenty of work to do. The ICT industry is a major source of wealth and represents 4.02% of the GDP of a country. Internet usage by employees represents an increase of their income between 18% and 30% depending on the country. In this video Mauricio Agudelo, CAF´s ICT specialist tells us about the current status of ICT in the region, challenges and best practices.
