Line of credit granted to Banco de Caldas of Colombia

(Caracas, April 10, 1992).- CAF President & CEO Enrique García signed today with Carlos Emilio Torres, commercial manager of Banco de Caldas of Colombia, a line of credit agreement, which makes US$3.0 million available to the bank to finance exports of Colombian products, and imports by the productive sector, using the bank's services to acquire the raw materials, equipment and spare parts required for their operations.

With this operation CAF continues strengthening its relations with the commercial banks of the Andean Group and facilitating access to credit by business sectors by making funds available to them through the banks with which they have traditionally operated.
