Methodology to develop road safety plans for motorcyclists

The composition of the vehicular park in the region is changing. In some countries the number of motorcyclists exceeds 50% of the total automotive park, and in all countries it is growing. For this reason, one of the important projects of CAF's Action Plan for Road Safety is the security of motorcyclists.
