International Public Call for Professional External Audit Services for CAF and its Special Managed Funds for the 2021–2023 period

CAF—development bank of Latin America—is issuing an international public call for Professional External Audit Services for CAF and its Special Managed Funds, for the 2021–2023 period.
The call is aimed at international firms specializing in Professional External Audit Services, which may submit their proposals by Friday, October 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. (Venezuelan time).
To apply, all companies concerned must complete the following steps:
- Complete and send the following documents to PROPUESTASDC@CAF.COM on a PDF format:
- Letter of intent to participate signed by the legal representative of the company.
- Non-disclosure agreement signed by the legal representative of the company.
- Company’s articles of association.
- Copy of the identity document of the legal representative and the document certifying his/her capacity.
- Financial statements as of 2019 of the international firm, reflecting annual revenues of more than USD 10 billion.
- Please indicate in the subject line of the email: “Professional External Audit Services for CAF.”
Once the formal documents have been received and the relevant clarifications have been made, CAF will send the terms and conditions of the tender by email to all companies that have successfully complied with the request.
