About the Program
The Program, of hybrid format (virtual-face-to-face) aims to strengthen competencies with emphasis on the development of soft skills in leaders of civil society organizations, public and private sectors among others, committed to promote the integral development of territories and communities in Latin America and the Caribbean through a leadership capable of facing the current challenges of the region.
The focus will be on providing training for the development of soft skills through the multiple intelligences approach and the development of degree projects. To this end, a workshop for the development of degree projects will be offered throughout the modules.

Modality
The Program has a mixed modality, in which 50% of the training is delivered by CAF virtually, while the remaining 50% is delivered by the partner institution. The mode of delivery in the partner institution varies by country. Please check the information for the country where you reside.
Cost
The price to be paid will vary by country and training location.
Certificate
Participants who pass the activities proposed in the program will receive the digital and shareable certificate of the Leadership for Transformation 2.0 Program (CAF-partner institutions).
