Consultancy services for tender agent of CAF-PPSA III studies
As requested by some member governments, CAF will finance studies in the water sector wtih the third phase of the CAF-PPSA. In this regard, it will require the service of a tender agent to elaborate requests for proposals for those studies.
Therefore, it invites interested consulting firms to present their proposal for providing the "Consultancy services for tender agent of CAF-PPSA III studies ".
RFP’s objective is to identify the consultancy company which will perform the service.
Consultancy description:
Consultancy service consist in doing the terms of reference and requests for proposals in order to contract the prioritized pre-investment studies framed within the third phase of the CAF-PPSA. For this, CAF will contract the services of a consulting firm which prepares the terms of reference and request of proposals, participates in the evaluation of the offers presented for each study, accompanying the technical teams of CAF and the counterparts in the qualification processes and selection of the best proposals.
- Resources: CAF will make financial resources available for contracting the consultancy through the Water Sector Pre-Investment Program (CAF-PPSA).
