REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to participate of the "Consultancy services to prepare the studies and detailed designs for the construction of hydro-sanitary systems in the expansion areas of the city of Manta and decontamination of urban stormwater sytems".
As a request of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Manta Canton (GADM for its acronym in Spanish), CAF will finance the preparation of the "studies and detailed designs for the construction of hydro-sanitary systems in the expansion areas of the city of Manta and decontamination of urban stormwater systems". The project is part of the Master Plan for the city of Manta-Phase III and its execution has been prioritized by the Manta GADM.
Therefore, it invites interested consulting firms to present their proposal for providing the services for the aforementioned studies.
RFP’s objective is to identify the consultancy company which will perform the studies.
Consultancy description:
Consultancy services consist in carrying out the technical studies to develop the necessary projects for a planned growth, considering sanitary guarantees and access to safe water and sewage for the population settled in the expansion areas of the GADM of Manta, as well as the decontamination of stormwater systems and therefore coastal zone.
- Resources: CAF will make financial resources available for contracting the consultancy through the Water Sector Pre-Investment Program (CAF-PPSA).
