International tender for procurement of desktop and laptop computers and accessories
CAF-development bank of Latin America- is opening an international tender to select suppliers of desktop and laptop computers and accessories required to outfit workstations in different CAF offices in Latin America and Europe
The call for tender is only for authorized suppliers of Hewlett Packard equipment.
Once the bidding starts, suppliers can submit full or partial bids depending on their country of convenience. At that stage, we will disclose the terms and conditions to the selected suppliers.
They must meet the following requirements:
- Be authorized Hewlett Packard suppliers, with certification recognized by the manufacturer.
- The brands/suppliers must have certified local presence in the different locations where CAF has representative offices in order to have adequate support and guarantees that allow them to mitigate, as quickly as possible, potential equipment failure. (Countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela).
The requirements and documentation must be sent to the email address indicated in the “Public call for tender of desktop and laptop computers and accessories” attached to this invitation. This document also includes specific requirements, deadlines and delivery details for the Expression of Interest.
The deadline for submission of bids is October 19, at 5 p.m. Caracas time.
